I visited JS Builders’ office for their latest villa project. The team explained everything in detail — price breakup, approvals, and timeline. I really liked their professional approach and quick follow-ups. Seems like a trustworthy builder in Bangalore.

The website looks attractive and the floor plans are well presented, but there’s not much information about completed projects. I would feel more confident if they shared more client photos or RERA details online.

The website loads slowly and doesn’t show real images. Only 3D renders everywhere. When I asked for legal documents, they said they’ll share later. I decided to wait before investing.
